Fish detection and tracking database

Fish image database for detection and tracking tasks acquired by Idoia Moreno for her master thesis.

Database Structure

The database is divided into three folders: Train1-1000-test548, Train300-1300-test548, and Train500-1500-test548. Each folder follows the structure:

• /Train/MOT17-02 (training data)

  • /gt: ground truth.

  • /img1: training image files.

  • seqinfo.ini: configuration file with information about quantity of images, their size, frame rate, etc.

• /Test/ MOT17-01 (testing data, similas structure to the training one)
